We produce our hams with the experience and know-how inherited from our family in the heart of the Los Pedroches valley. We control our production process from the meadows to your kitchen, with the guarantee of an exceptional Designation of Origin.

Every day we hand-cut our hams so you can offer your customers freshly-sliced ham.

HOW MUCH SLICED HAM CAN YOU GET FROM A BONE-IN HAM?

From an 8 kg ham we can get 40 plates of sliced ham. However, with an unqualified cutter the number could be as low as 25. And this reduces your profit margin. At La Embajada del Jamón we are experts at slicing hams by hand. We select the best Ibérico ham and we slice it to obtain the maximum output possible. Perfect bite-sized portions, with the same amount on every plate. And we send it to you vacuum packed, so all you need to do is serve it.

At our plant in Villanueva de Córdoba, in the heart of the Los Pedroches Valley, tourists visiting the area can purchase the best ham and cold meats directly from the producer. And everything is vacuum packed, as is customary in our company, so that visitors can take away a ham as fresh as if it had just been cut.

Monday to Thursday: 8am to 2pm and 4pm to 6pm.
Friday: 8am to 3pm

August: 7am to 3pm
