We are a third generation of family passionate about ham

We produce our hams based on the experience and know-how inherited from our family in the heart of the valley of Los Pedroches. We control our production process from the meadows to you kitchen with the guarantee of an exceptional Certificate of Origin.

Every day we hand cut our hams so you can have fresh sliced ham for your clients.

HOW MUCH SLICED HAM CAN YOU GET FROM A BONE-IN HAM?

From an 8 kg ham, 40 sliced ham plates can be obtained. But with an unqualified cutter the number of plates can be reduced up to 25. And that reduces your margin profit. In La Embajada del Jamón we are experts slicing hams by hand. We select the best Ibérico ham and we slice it obtaining the maximum output. Perfect bites and with the same amount on every single plate. And we send it to you, in a vacuum pack so you only have to serve it.
