WE ARE THE THIRD GENERATION OF A FAMILY PASSIONATE FOR IBERIAN HAM.


Our paternal grandparents founded, 70 years ago, a small butcher shop in Toledo. The wonderful love story of our family with Iberian ham was born there. Everything we know was taught to us first by them, and then by our father.

We are brothers and passionate about Iberian ham, the countryside and the business world …

We did not want to lose our family tradition and, therefore, almost 10 years ago, we embarked on a complex but wonderful adventure and founded DELICIAS IBÉRICAS POR EL MUNDO SL .

Our clear purpose was, and continues to be, to maintain the artisan know-how of our grandparents, and to add everything we learned during our long years of experience and observation living in different countries. To do this, we bet on what we consider the best scenario the heart of Valle de Los Pedroches, the most sophisticated Protected Designation of Origin, and the largest pasture in the world. We were clear that our hams had to breathe this air.

Our Iberian hams, Iberian spicy sausages and meats, under the brands of LA EMBAJADA DEL JAMÓN and VIRTUS IBÉRICA, are the result of our effort and courage throughout the years.

Now that the concept of sustainability is rooted in Spain, we are proud to have been pioneers in sustainability in our sector.

Our commitment to the Environment has always been present in each of our decisions, and in all areas: starting with the energy we consume (only from renewable sources) and reaching our packaging (100% recycled paper boxes and recyclable, with a unique ink and without varnish or plastic).

Our biggest headache continues to be vacuum bags, which still require plastic because no other form of preservation does even exists; however, we have managed to reduce this plastic to the lowest possible weight, reinforcing it with Kraft paper.
No detail escapes our commitment to sustainability: catalogs, business cards, everything we do not print … and EVERYTHING that we can think of and is in our power to contribute to the care and protection of our planet.

Going green means making decisions and carrying out projects that look after the environment.
